May 22nd, Lost Fox Farm, $2 cover Back by Popular Demand, 9pm

Lost Fox Farm includes members from both Gaffney and Boiling Springs with influences stretching from Widespread Panic, Jack Johnson, Sublime, any Southern or Classic Rock. Funk has always been what gets us going in practice or show. We have a lot of Allman Brothers, Dave Matthews Band, Dispatch, Black Crowes, Eric Clapton and most of all…….each other. We feel that if the music is moving you….ride the wave. You have to ride the wave b/c everyone is playing a tune that is steadily progressing to the MASSIVE climax of any song at any time!!! So…ride the waves, ride the waves!! Sydney McMath, May 21st 8pm no cover

Heath Fowler, acoustic May 7th, 8pm…True Ladies night with this entertainer, no cover

Heath will be here thursday night come rain or shine. Last week with nice weather the music moved outside on the street.  In Recent news Heath played a show with members of the “Trik Alley Band” for his hometown in Inman SC. Heath is in the midst forming a new band, writing his own music and will be here performing solo but will be back soon with his full ban.  Heath’s influences are but not limited to KENNY, GARTH, TIM ,ALAN ,KEITH, TOBY, RHETT AKINS, GARY ALLAN, CLINT BLACK , GEORGE STRAIT, GEORGE JONES and even some MERLE.

Chris will be here from NC to perform songs from both previous and his latest CD release from last month “Bag of Emotions”. With the help of Motown legends Bob Babbitt on bass (Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Gladys Knight, and Robert Palmer), drummer Ed Greene (Barry White, Marvin Gaye, Steely Dan) and renowned Nashville keyboardist Steve King (Keith Urban) he was inspired to dig deep into his Rock, R&B and Blues roots. From 1996-2000 he was chosen by the Department of Defense to entertain and boost morale for troops stationed abroad in South East Asia, the Mediterranean coast, Greenland and Cuba. When he got back to the homeland, he began working on his debut solo record in 2001. “Heartless Road”. The follow-up effort “Small Town Gone”, produced by renowned percussionist Jim Brock (Joe Walsh, Kathy Matea, Delbert McClinton, John Mellencamp, etc) was released in 2004.

Kerry Fey to open for Brian McGee of “Brain McGee and the Hollow Speed”, April 16th

One of Spartanburgs upcoming and stunning singer/songwriters will take the stage opening for Brian McGee.  Kerry’s influences come from Tori Amos, Chris Cornell/Soundgarden/Audioslave, Rilo Kiley (and each members’ side projects), Death Cab for Cutie, Andrew Bird, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Greatful Dead, Less Than Jake, and many many others….

Brian McGee from Asheville NC will be here on Thursday night the 16th to perform solo,  songs off his past and latest  CD’s.  Brain can be heard on 88.3 WGWG and plays many other venues here in the upstate.  “…McGee approaches the country and punk genres with class and care, penning tunes that satisfy both genres, but that don’t sell out to either one…”-TAKE 5 Asheville Citizen Times, 4/14/08 North Carolina.  CD’s and other merchandise will be on sale by Brain at the show.
